CHAMONIX SKI PASSES TERMS & CONDITIONS
Chamonix Ski Passes (“the COMPANY”) is a trading name of AD & Co. Limited (UK Company Registration Number: 06218322, VAT no. GB104905669) which acts as an agent for La Compagnie du Mont-Blanc SA (“the ISSUER”). Any contract is made between the person buying the Chamonix ski pass (“the Buyer”) and the Company.
A contract will be entered into on the issuance of an order confirmation by the Company. The contract between the Company and the Buyer is purely to act as an intermediary and to deliver the ski passes to the accommodation of the Buyer free if charge. The contractual relationship regarding the issue and use of the lift passes is between the Buyer and the Issuer according to the Terms and Conditions of the Issuer.
The Company undertakes to purchase lift passes on behalf of the Buyer and deliver the ski passes to the Buyer. Neither AD & Co. Limited nor any associated brand or trading name of the Company accept any liability whatsoever in respect of the conditions of purchase of ski passes from the Issuer.
The contract between the Company and the Buyer is limited to the purchase and delivery of lift passes only. The Company does not make any warranties as to the use, limitation, cancellation terms or other operating conditions of the lift passes themselves. The Company contracts with the Buyer at the price on the date of purchase and cannot make any refunds or changes should the Issuer adjust prices after you have purchased your passes. The Issuer does not give refunds for lift passes purchased in error nor will the Company.
Chamonix Ski Passes are not transferable, and any refund requests must be made directly to the Issuer. Ski Passes can only be cancelled by taking the Ski Pass to the offices of the Compagnie du Mont Blanc provided that they have been completely unused. Any refunds applicable will be done by the Issuer and not the Company if applicable.
LIFT PASS REFUND GUARANTEE CANCELLATION OPTION
Chamonix lift passes are not transferable and cannot be cancelled once used for any day of validity period of the pass. For peace of mind, Chamonix Ski Passes offers a money back option for any wholly unused lift pass purchase for passes purchased at standard prices. This does not apply to early bird passes.
If you wish to cancel your pass for any reason, we will refund your pass purchase price (excluding the Refund Guarantee fee) if notice in writing is given to the Company not less than 72 hours before the commencement of the first day skiing of the respective pass. The refund will be credited via your payment method or by bank transfer within 10 working days of formal notification to cancel.
When buying your ski passes the Issuer offers an insurance option which covers limited rescue and transfer to a local medical facility associated with winter sports as follows:
- Rescue and evacuation (search and rescue costs)
